Parking banned in all St Helier Car Parks, including Sand Street, following Le Port Success.

Following the success of the ban on over night parking at Le Port, parking will now be banned indefinitely along with parking on any of St Helier's Streets. "We just can't have it, we know this may ruin peoples enjoyment of St Helier but its for the better, the success of the parking ban at Le Port means that we have looked to ruin more fun elsewhere, and this is the way forward. We will also look into alternative use for the car parks, such as a children's play areas or skateboard parks, with potentially a new hospital going on one fo the sites, but of course there will no parking which we may have to consider said the Constable of St Helier.

The ban comes into effect from Midnight Saturday 5th September
