Man crowd funds £20,000 to pay £60 parking fine.

A man who was fined £60 for parking illegally at sand Street Car park has successfuly crowdfunded £20,000 to pay his £60 fine.

"I'm staggered, it's unbelievable, i didn't expect this much support from the public, especially for something that was illegal, or technically illegal as i see it, i just can't believe my luck, this saved me from having to sell my home, thank you to the people of Jersey, thank you thank you". The fine was paid online and received a huge response when the receipt was posted on social media.
